On Saturday, November 15, from 11 AM to 2 PM, we’re meeting at Marilla’s Mindful Supplies for a community cleanup and learn about how LittaTraps are used to study plastic pollution in our storm drains! Seth Green Park Community Cleanup

Help us keep our city clean!
It’s time to roll up our sleeves, Rochester! On Saturday, September 27, from 9 AM to 12 PM, we’re meeting at Seth Green Park for the annual Roc the Riverway Cleanup. This small and often forgotten park leads right down to the Lower Falls, and it could use our help! Together, we’ll collect and sort trash, keeping plastic and other waste out of the Genesee River. Tools, bags, and gloves are provided, so just bring water, friends, and be sure to dress for the weather!

On Friday, June 13, Seneca Park Zoo is welcoming members of the Rochester Museum & Science Center and Genesee Country Village & Museum for a complimentary visit. Just show your current membership card at the Zoo’s member booth and enjoy a day of discovery, connection, and summer programming. Throughout the day, you’ll be able to catch animal enrichment sessions, connect with our care staff, and see firsthand how your support contributes to conservation. Zoo members—your membership works both ways. You’re invited to visit RMSC and GCV&M that day, too. Please visit each institution’s website for the most up-to-date visitor information.
