Join us for an inspiring evening of music and praise, as the RPO and Assistant Conductor Jherrard Hardeman return to the historic Mt. Olivet in Corn Hill –- the oldest African-American Baptist church in Rochester!
Hardeman has programmed works by history-making musicians including William Grant Still and Florence Beatrice-Price – respectively, the first African-American man and woman to have compositions performed by leading symphony orchestras.
The night’s selections even include one written by Hardeman himself!
Guests include Dr. Crystal Sellers Battle, Rev. Dr. Rickey Harvey, and Peggy Harvey-Lee.
