All of our Black Angus steaks are hand-cut and wet aged for 21-28 days exclusively for black & blue. They are seasoned in our signature house rub and broiled to our guests’ liking in a 1700° oven. black & blue is also dedicated to supplying our restaurants with the freshest seafood though our family-owned fish and seafood house in St. Petersburg, Florida. From boat to plate, our b&b family is the only one touching your fish.

black & blue hosts corporate and special events for up to 40 guests. From intimate parties to lavish receptions to important business dinners, we provide our guests with an elegant setting, customized b&b menus and unparalleled hospitality for their private events.
